As part of his bold vision for Connecticut’s education system, Governor Malloy has committed to giving new parents a helping hand by creating the CHET Baby Scholars program. This program will offer new parents of babies newly born or adopt in Connecticut up to a $250 investment in a tax-free college savings account for their child.
