Governor Malloy’s Plan to put Connecticut’s $500 million surplus to Good Use

Governor Malloy will utilize Connecticut’s $500 million surplus by strengthening our Rainy Day fund to over half a billion dollars, paying down our long term debt, and issuing a tax refund– putting $110 and $55 back into the pockets of Connecticut families and individuals respectively.
