CT Comptroller Kevin Lembo, has earned respect across the aisle for his independence and transparent approach to government. Before becoming Comptroller in 2011, Kevin was the first Health Care Advocate in CT, appointed during the Rowland Administration in 2004, and part of his duties includes overseeing the state health plan for government employees and retirees.
