HARRIS RESPONDS TO CAFERO’S CRITICISM OF DEM BUDGET

(Hartford, Connecticut) — Today the Connecticut Democratic Party released the following statement from Executive Director Jonathan Harris:

“Does Representative Cafero really have the nerve to continue to criticize the Democrats’ budget?  I’m sorry, but did I miss the release of his?  It is the height of hypocrisy — and quite frankly, it’s disappointing — for Representative Cafero to continue to lambaste the Democrats when Republicans refuse to put forward a plan of their own.  It’s easy to sit in the stands, eat peanuts, and throw the shells on the field.  It’s a lot harder to actually stand on the field and play the game.”
