 “Yesterday was a good day for the Democratic Party.  We carried the day, and the candidates and the people who worked on their campaigns deserve all the credit.  I want to congratulate Marian Galbraith, Derry Gorski, and Ellen Scalettar on their victories Monday night.  From town halls to the statehouse, Democrats have proven time and again that that ours is the party whose values and priorities are more in-line with Connecticut voters.  Together, we are building a better future for our state.”
